When the property has been listed and the property has been photographed and has been advertised on the internet, we will go back in to see how the client goes with the first open home.
After the open home we will offer move advice and training. As well offering critical feedback on how the client handled the open home.
Then we look at what offers are on the table and then we look helping the client with the negotiation process.
If the client goes ahead with the sale, there is no further charge from us.
Our aim is to save the client as much money as possible.
So to have a win, win situation for our clients and take as much stress out of the sales process as possible, as well as saving our clients time and money and getting them the best result possible!
Each consultant has background knowledge in property management;
residential sales, commercial sales & leasing. We also have backgrounds in training new real estate agents. So you are in safe hands with us!
